Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Recappy mobile application operated by us. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Service Description

Recappy is an AI-powered study tool designed to help users generate quizzes from their notes. The generated content is for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, and users should verify important information.

2. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. Unique device identifiers may be used to manage guest access.

3. Subscriptions

Free Tier: Limited to 3 quizzes per day.
Pro Subscriptions: "The Crammer" (Weekly), "Founder's Rate" (Monthly), and Annual plans offer unlimited features.
Billing: Payments will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to upload illegal, harmful, threatening, or offensive content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Recappy and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Recappy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
